Cleaning Services in Newton, MA

Larger homes and full basements

Newton has more single-family homes than the cities closer to Boston, many with finished or partly finished basements, attics and two-car garages. Recurring house cleaning here usually covers more rooms and more bathrooms, so we plan the crew size to finish in a reasonable time without rushing.

Finished basements in Newton often become the storage room for the whole house. We clear them out, clean them and organize them so the family room, guest room or gym down there gets used again.

Trees, gutters and spring exteriors

Mature trees line most Newton streets, and gutters fill quickly every fall. We clean gutters in late fall and spring, rake and haul leaves, and power wash driveways, patios and decks after the winter.

Preparing a Newton home for sale

Before a listing, sellers usually need several things at once: a deep cleaning inside, a basement cleared of years of storage, a yard cleanup and a power wash of the front walk. Because our two crews work together, we can schedule all of it close to the listing date.
